If I ran the world:
It would be completely legal for any couple or group of people to have a contract specifiying their legal commitment to each other as family. This contract would include rights of inheritance, power of attorney, etc.
As far as taxes are concerned every working person should be able to claim up to 5 other members of their household as a dependent, unless they themselves are claimed as a dependent on someone else's return.
State-sponsoder health insurance would be universal. State-sponsored education through a bachelor's degree would be universal.
The state would also sponsor child care, or require businesses to have on-site childcare facilities. All new parents would get 6 weeks paid leave, and up to 6 months unpaid leave.
Forms would include check boxes for "other" next to male and female
All public places would have three bathroom facilities: Men, Women and a third, unisex bathroom, along the lines of the "family" bathrooms some places currently have.
Porn would be legal, but all porn models and other sex workers would be unionized and licensed, with the union providing health care (including mental health and substance abuse care) and educational and job training opportunities. No person should ever "have" to become a sex worker to support themselves or a drug habit, or because they have mental health problems. Then we can all sit back and enjoy our porn, knowing that no-one involved was exploited for it.
The universal age of consent would be 16, with a special clause for 14 and 15 year olds allowing contact with someone within three years of that age.
Any denial of employment, housing, child care, education or any other public service for reasons unrelated to the conditions necessary for the job/housing/etc. would be illegal.
For every dollar spent on weapons of war, at least 10 cents must be spent on projects which increase peace, including cultural exchange programs, education and diplomacy.
All birth control would be free and legal.
Sex education would include topics of masturbation, respect for yourself and your partners and how to take care of your health and fertility. The basics of anatomy and health would be taught at early ages.
Businesses would be required to set aside 1% of their annual revenue to fund arts, environmental and social programs.
There would be a maximum wage, based on a percentage of the lowest salaried worker in the company. In other words, no CEO can make more than 1000% of what the guys in the mailroom make.
I'm sure there's more... that's just what comes to mind at the moment. Me? A Socialist? :)

Its just because of most people's greed that most good ideas don't work.

Re:
Love ya, babe :)
Sounds like Denmark
The one thing they haven't nailed is the public restroom issue, but since gender transition was pioneered there, it's much less of an issue. But every other single item you mentioned: yes, as far as I know.
