I'm not kidding. In some cases, even moreso than you've planned. It's one of the reasons I admire their system... and in order to fund all that, it takes 70% income tax, plus taxes on assets and luxury items.
The one thing they haven't nailed is the public restroom issue, but since gender transition was pioneered there, it's much less of an issue. But every other single item you mentioned: yes, as far as I know.
