I just had a brilliant thought:

We need a space of empty land somewhere that can serve as a sort of boxing ring, so when world leaders and petty dictators and other warmongering idiots want to lob bombs at each other, we can send them over there and they can do it away from the rest of us who don't want war. A delegate from Switzerland can keep score.
