Exhausted but happy

Two more days left here, but it's been a blast so far. Met up with my lovely peeps pottsfanatic and ourdramaqueen and had an amazing experience meeting some Famous People and watching them be ridiculous for the entertainment of thousands of geeks.

Still kind of sad that my Andrew wasn't here (as had been rumored) and sad that I won't be able to see him at any of the UK events he'll prolly be at soon, but meeting Neil was thoroughly awesome, and that's made me quite happy, and pleased that I decided to do this.

I still want to see some panels and get some autographs, but I'm really, really starting to feel the exhaustion creep in. Too much walking/time on my feet, too much heat, too many rushed meals. This is far, far more physical activity than I usually get up to in such a short span of time, and my body is starting to let me know that this is Very Stupid.

Given that I start a new job within just a few days of getting home, I really ought to take it easy for a while. At least so I can survive the trip home. May spend tomorrow just doing some driving around ATL instead of hoofing it through throngs of geeks.

I for one am very glad you and M decided to come. Had a blast sharing stories of our meetings with the gang from Eureka and Whse 13. Eddie btw is selling the security shirts he designed at his wof booth if you care for one. It is a shame that Andrew wanted to come but wasn't invited, but at least he heard of it...maybe from one of us yeah? Anyway, maybe next year????? Primeval may just be starting in the States or might even be into Series 5 by then. Hope to catch up with you one more time before we leave tomorrow eve...maybe on the WOF as we are wanting to get some of our photo op pics signed. Did one with the True Blood cast today and it turned out wicked. ttys

I wanted to take a picture of us and then of course forgot!!! Oh well. It was lovely to see you and M. again - hopefully it won't take 6 and almost 1/2 years until the next time! ;)

Hey! Definitely great to see you. Sorry for abandoning you yesterday. Too much chaos! We'll definitely have to hook up again, especially since we're on the same continent now!
