It's ridiculous how pleased I am to finally have worked my way through call center hell to get to the one person employed by BofA who knew exactly what was wrong and was able to fix it almost instantly. AND she reversed a late fee for me, too. Wow.

Two weeks I've been waiting on this. Gah.
