With the Toronto City Hall being fairly busy (not to mention all the construction going on down on Bay street) we trotted off to the East York Civic Centre (one block away) and filled out the paperwork for the marriage license. We were the only ones there, period! Not even a single person there to pay off a water bill.
The cool clerk was asking us so many questions, not because it was her job, but just that she was as excited as could be at the ruling!
(I, like many others, was listed as the bride, go figure LOL)
We'll likely tie the knot the Friday after this one in the wee chapel there. Hehehe, $53.50 ceremony. Too cool!
