Just finished HP:HBP this afternoon.

Guh.

Starting DH tonight.

In a few days, I'll finally be able to start talking to my friends again.

Spoil me and die, monkeys.

No spoilers ever, but I must say I almost envy you, getting to read the whole series in one huge gulp (hmmm, does one gulp books? Well, with this series, yes, I think so!). Having started with the very first book before it even became a "hit," it's been a long almost-11 years for me; and I bet you're hipper to "clues" throughout the storyline that us folks taking each book as it came ever were (except the complete fanatics, that is)....Enjoy!

I am enjoying it this way, yes. Having to wait years to find out what happens would've driven me nuts.

I'm about 1/3 through DH now. My goodness, this is so much darker than I expected.

I'm curious - have you found the books getting darker throughout the whole series? I remember that reviewers always commented on that, but because I read each book as it came out, with one or even two years between installments, I couldn't really tell if that was the case or not....
