textualdevianceI feel like I have a hangover. It's like all the lack of sleep from the last several days, plus two days of running around doing T-giving stuff suddenly caught up with me.
Well, that and I finally got my flu shot Wednesday, so that's probably involved, too. Fortunately, I'm participating in Buy Nothing Day, so I can just sit around and read and play games and hang out with M instead of having to go out.

havdrake over. It was like having him living with us again--like having the strange little family back together.
Made my first attempt at cooking raw meat in 15 years. It was a boneless turkey breast roast, rather than the whole thing, and I think I should've left it in the brine longer, but it wasn't half bad. Still, I'm not too keen, yet on the whole meat thing. I'm still most comfortable with it if it's in little chunks in pre-made soups or pasta or whatnot.
After vegging (and cleaning the kitchen) today, I'll probably spend the weekend doing the last bits of the design for the SPFH. I may also finally go see Happy Feet.
