So, since I'm a state employee, I get to go to a sexual harassment seminar.

Dang. Guess this means I don't get to hit on any of my reporters or editors. And here I was, all prepared to trade copy editing for sexual favors.

Seriously, though, I know why they're making us do it. I just find it kind of funny.

Here in LA, almost all large companies make you attend a Sexual Harrassment seminar every couple of years.

The saddest part is being in the seminar with someone well know for sexual harrassment. They spend the time laughing at everything and complaining that it's all ridiculous. So, just look to see who those people are in your class.

Meh indeed. Relationships often brew in newsrooms; as far as I know, you are allowed to hit on people, just not *unwantedly and persistently*.
