I was entirely too pleased with myself when I won a subscription to Dynamite magazine in a second grade bee. I was quite obnoxious about it for a couple of weeks afterward. ;)

Haha... I just realized that I could have the National Spelling Bee vs. Miss America battle royale in my own home, with my bf's mom being Miss Washington 1967.
