Random thoughts

textualdevianceStill not 100% but definitely feeling better than I have been in a while. Lungs still feel raw, but the coughing fits are down to hourly, which is definite progress.
I'm also feeling rather better from yesterday's rantage. A good rant, cry and cuddle session with the Mikey makes a lot of difference.
I also figured out something I can do to keep myself from going stir crazy-- I just signed up to do some volunteering with PAWS (the local no-kill animal shelter) Not sure what I'll be doing or when I'll be doing it, but it's something I've thought about for a while, and now that I have the free time for it, I definitely want to do it. It's possible that might work into a job, too, depending on what openings they have.
Not sure if I'll be domestic today or not, but I've at least started making plans for what needs to be done. The list is incredibly daunting, but hoepfully with three of us working at it, it'll go fairly well. We might also throw a garage-cleaning party at some point. Pizza, beer, movies, free stuff if you take it off our hands, that sort of thing.
I love the weather forecast for this week. This is exactly the stuff I like. Partly cloudy, mild, a little breezy, maybe a shower or two here and there. Just perfect. If it could be like this all year, I'd be a very happy camper.
Ooooh, the yard people are here again. Yay. Looks like they're spraying some weed n feed type stuff.
Overly-spicy hot pepper tofu is a great thing when your sinuses are clogged. Wheee!

We all have those days. They're very annoying, but cathartic too, aren't they? Of course believing that your life is slipping away unfulfliled is a buzzkill -- so go ahead and get mad that you're not yet the Queen of all you survey because, hey you know my motto: A womman's reach must exceed her grasp else what's a hobbit for.
The volunteering thing is good. We should all volunteer, whether we're the 9-5 or whether we're not. I applaud you. I don't volunteer even though I know I should.
