And tummy problems and cramps to go with it! And my wrist is still sore! Yay me!

Fucking hell. I wanted to be productive this week.

Poor thing. :( Orange juice. And if you can't have orange juice, then anti-oxidants and bioflavenoids. Good stuff. Boost your immune system and help clear out the detritus in your blood.
