Looks more like here than Washington! Good luck on the ice, though - when it's as thick on the branches as your photo shows, it's pretty serious. In our Ice Storm of 1998, power lines bringing electricity to the island of Montreal went down to the point that there was literally only one left, and the gov't began trying to figure out how to evacuate 3 million people from the island; turned out not to be necessary, but it was close. Hopefully nothing like that will happen where you are....
