Normally, I'd be comfortable with the wait, but knowing how quickly one of the other ones in this development sold after a price drop, I'm very nervous that someone else will get in before we do. Fortunately, our agent will be calling us for details shortly, and we should have the offer submitted sometime this afternoon.
