Thanks to all the folks who posted those beautiful things on my last entry. They definitely got me through the week.
To pay ya back, here are some of my favorite beautiful things:
Two from Hawaii
Multnomah Falls
One of my all-time favorite houses from the street of dreams. Our own dream house is modeled somewhat on it.
Mendelssohn's Hebrides Overture
Venus Hum and Blue Man Group. This is just ecstatically fun and chaotic.
One of the best scenes in the trilogy, IMHO.
Morten Lauridsen's O Magnum Mysterium. I had the pleasure of singing this a while back.
The Biebl Ave Maria. Familiar to most choristers, I would imagine.
So-so movie. Great soundtrack, this song in particular.
Excellent soundtrack AND excellent movie. One of my all-time favorites.
JONI. Nuff said.
No embedding on this one, but it's one of my favorite Eurythmics songs.

I had also considered posting pics of all y'all's adorable kids, but didn't want to step on any privacy toes. Suffice it to say that you guys produce some of the most jaw-achingly cute offspring evah. :)
