I could not, for the life of me, get to sleep last night. I'm swimming in anxiety right now (I think the looming election has something to do with it) and just can't relax. I finally got to a fitful sleep around 6, but then kept waking up with any noise. So I'm going to have to manage today's schedule--which will keep going until 2 a.m., likely--on about four hours of really crappy sleep.
Apologies in advance to anyone whose head I might bite off today.
