A certain someone
...is so nice to talk to.
Makes me all warm and fuzzy to laugh and have wild flights of fancy and dish like crazy and get dirty and rude and way out there, and way down deep and everything in between. Intelligent and rational, yet free to go out on a limb.
I'm fortunate that I have a lot of people in my life I can have fun with like this, but each is special in their own way, and each touches me in different places. The person in question here is someone I'm intensely mentally in tune with. We finish each other's sentences, we have GMTA moments constantly. Every day something will happen in our other lives that will make us think of each other, and know exactly how the other will react to it.
It's not a specifically emotionally bonded relationship, though there are elements of that. But it's a mental connection on a level which is very rare for me to have because so few people understand my thought processes. Opinions aside, the way I cogitate is very offbeat and rare, and finding someone who speaks my mental language, as it were, is so gratifying.
I feel very, very grateful to have this person in my life.
