Ever have one of those days when absolutely everything just irritates the living shit out of you?

I have no desire to do anything constructive, but I have this constant, gnawing nervous energy. I feel like I need to go bitchslap a Republican or torch a pile of fashion magazines or something.

I get like that a day or two before my period, or if I've skipped my Effexor two days in a row - but that's worse cause I get shaky and feel like my brain is getting zapped. Eeeesh.
