So is it wrong of me... when I get spam that says "get the firmness you desire" I think about firmness of body parts that have nothing to do with exercise?

No, I think that's perfectly normal. I can get the firmness I desire quite easily. Now if I could just get the firmness I desire from someone else (who isn't a pigfucking spammer), I'd be set...
