Reconnecting!
So, I finally have mail and a real machine back. I'm no longer limited to using my phone for net access. Yay! Expect a rash of comments on old things.
I still don't have my personal machine back up fully, yet (doing a remote desktop from M's.) It's not recognizing its mouse, and not letting us update drivers. Which likely means installing the new hard drive we've had sitting around for ages. Yay. Luckily, all the work I did a couple of months ago on consolidating the contents of the existing drive will make data transfer a lot easier.
I think there are maybe one or two trips back to the house necessary to finally finish the last bits of tricking out the Summer Villa. We did a large portion of this last night, and all that's left is little stuff. Then I can start actually packing things away.
I may just take it easy for today, though. The endless running around and hauling heavy things has really caught up with me. I'm sore and bruised and tired. I'm also dealing with withdrawals because the stupid pharmacy can't seem to reach my doc for a refill on one of my important meds. Grrr.
