Note to wind:

Please to be stopping with the 51 mph gusts, tyvm. These are very unpleasant and disconcerting when one lives on the third floor and can feel the building swaying slightly.

Also, they will suck when I have to hike to class and that will make me cranky.

Hope the wind listened to you! I heard on the news that WA was getting walloped by 110-120 km winds and that lots of people were losing power, not to mention a whole shitload of rain and likely flooding - hope you and yours are all okay! ('Course if you don't have power, you won't see this until it's all over anyway, I realize, so I'll try to curb my usual worrying for a friend in bad weather....)
