BTW, you could always try what we do when we're in those Other-Side-of-the-Road countries... choose one person to drive and one person to be in charge of saying "Left side!" at regular intervals. Sounds weird, but it actually works really well... then the person driving just has to concentrate on the driving aspect and the other person can concentrate on making sure the car is in the lane it's supposed to be (and positioned correctly within the lane... oddly enough, you get used to where you, personally, are supposed to be in a lane as the driver and it's easy to drift left).
