Because apparently I have nothing better to do.

No surprises there. Mebbe about 1% of me feels some sort of connection to a vague, undefinable energy/lifeforce type of thing. Probably just sensing various electrical waves or whatever from other living things. When we die, our lifeforce just goes into other things. Not in terms of reincarnation, just in terms of becoming compost. The carbon dioxide I exhale, for instance, feeds the plants.
I believe that we have much to learn from the Wise teachers of various spiritual traditions, in terms of how our behavior can make our lives and the lives of others better. But I have no belief whatsoever in a conscious deity.
